Spyro and Cynder's New Look

What do you think of Spyro and Cynder's new look in upcoming Dawn of the Dragon game? Spyro looks older and a little more mature and I love Cynder's teenage appearance, even though she looked like the Cynder who was controlled by the Dark Master.

Agreed, at least for all the 'new' Spyro games. I still have a soft spot for his classic look. big_smile

HE HAS PROPER WINGS NOW YAAAY. Well, I mean, he still wouldn't be able to get off the ground in real-life with those things, but at least I can see him fly without giggling. Happiness. <3

Cynder looks a little odd face-wise, but I'm not that bothered. I hope you can slash at enemies with her tail and wing blades, it'd be fun and very reminiscent of the first Legend of Spyro game, hee hee.

I hope they took that into account. The blade on tail is deadly! big_smile

It will take me a while to get used to them. I hope that they don't have those shines on them, it looks...weird. It'll kind of hurt my eyes to be honest. Hopefully they'll change it before its official release, because after all, there's 5-6 months before it comes out. I think that's enough time to change it XD. But even if they don't I'll still have the amazing detail put into this and the game for a Christmas present to look forward too! I'm thinking this is going to be my best Christmas yet! XD

I will try to get it....but idk yet. This is the only LOS game that I am concidering to BUY, not rent.

I've never rented a Spyro game before, I've always just bought them without trying it first. It might sound stupid, but I know I'll love the game anyway, so I'd rather play it and keep it.

5-6 months is not enough time to changes appearences. This is how they will look in the game.

If they were changing the model, but it seems to me to just need a lighting ajustment which should not take more than a few days, if that (it depends on the number of areas).

I'm with Gwenio; they should have plenty of time to fix this, and I really hope they do so. I hope they both turn down the lights and make the dragons less glossy; right now they look like they've been oiled. XD

I like Spyro and Cyner's new look. They look like teenagers and Spyro looks a lot cuter. As for Cynder, she looks better than before.

Ok, Spyro is sweet and more imtimidating looking.... somthing like that..... and Cynder is looking yummy for a dragon.... It could have been better, but I dig the new look

As has been mentioned before, the characters are too glossy, shiny, etc. It sort of hurts to look at them. ^^;

As for the designs themselves, I don't know...Cynder looks pretty nifty for the most part, but Spyro looks maybe okay...ish...*shrug* I haven't been very impressed by his (re)designs...for the last several installments, actually. But this design is a step up from the ANB and TEN designs. His face looks awkward. D8

I know Cynder almost looks like her adult self when she was the servant of the Dark Master with the silver bracelets. But Spyro still looks like his younger self from the first two game. He's grown, but still looks the same with larger wings and a teenage appearance.
