What title do you prefer?

The Darkest Hour was the working title, and I thought it gave off the sense of great struggle and sacrifice. Dawn shows a more optimistic and hopeful side. While i liked the first title, I can accept this one. I just hope they continue in this storyline after the trilogy. I'm used to these characters now.. and I'd like to see them again in new adventures. Spyro and Cynder are 15 now. Not kids anymore.. but not yet adults (and all that implies)

Personally, I prefer Dawn of the Dragon. It has more of an 'epic' feel to it than the Darkest Hour, but that's just me. Everything's been so centered around darkness lately, I want a peek at the light. =P

Darkest Hour all the way!!!! But I guess I can relate to Kat's choice. Dawn of the Dragon does feel more like an epic title, but I just think Darkest Hour seems more appropiate.

I vote The Darkest Hour, because.... Well, it just fits the game more to me. Dawn of the Dragon is nice, but it reminds me too much of the original trilogy for some reason. I don't know why really, but it does XD

^ Possibly because of the whole "Year of the Dragon" title and all. It's basically just one word being replaced, so I can see where you're coming from!

The Darkest Hour is still cool, but after seeing that lush green happy-land they were flying around in displayed in some of those screenshots, it'd be a little awkward till later in the game. XD

I still prefer the sound of The Darkest Hour, but I suppose it might be redundant after The Eternal Night. Dawn of the Dragon is growing on me, and anyway it makes sense for Dawn to follow Night. The dragons' darkest hour would have been while Spyro was trapped in crystal, anyway; their new dawn comes with his reawakening.

The Darkest Hour would be a good title for a short midquel about the Guardians or Hunter during the Dark Master's return. Ooh...now that is an unlockable I'd love to see. big_smile A small playable level, or even just a cutscene.

Yeah. darkest hour sounds cooler, really... Not that "dawn of the Dragon" is that bad a name, but I preferred the original.

The Darkest Hour would be a good title for a short midquel about the Guardians or Hunter during the Dark Master's return.

So I'm not the only one who fancies seeing Hunter in a game smile The new version of him might work, too... depending on what he's like. I look forwards to finding out.

I voted for the Darkest hour. Dawn of the dragon sounds cool, but i think it's more fitting for the first Legend of Spyro game (A new beginning) than the last climatic game of the series. But like DragonWithinMe, I've got used to it.
