Only there is one odd thing...
They say in the official Stratgedy guide that quill number 27
is somewere on a levitating column in the Celestial Caves
(somewhere in the place after you pass the caves of the elements, and before you go in to the place when you first meet the spider balls)

And if you go on the online Stratgedy Guide,
they'll say #27 is inside the Fire Cave (the place you only can use fire breath)

I found them all with help of the online stratgedy guide! smile
just open the link in my topic.

there you can find all the details where the quills are. it realy helped me out too!
(as far as know, quill #40 is somewhere at the mountain fortress stage. after fighting the dreatwing for the second time, it's somwhere on the left side......I think you're missing that one, cause that was my "hard to find" missing quill :-P )
