The only thing lacking in this thing is motion. If that was added, and then it will be enough to fool people to think that it was official.

The text-font choice and still images are a dead give away that it isn't an offical trailers. I really didn't believe it looked genuine at all, I'm afraid, but it was well thought out and the imges are gorgeous.
The music is awesome - sounds like something they might actually use in the game itself.
