The voice actor's name is Cristina Ricci. She's going to be in the upcoming Speed Racer movie. Also, I just figured out why Cynder's voice actor changes all three games. Technically there are three different Cynders (Evil smexyness, Young cuteness, and now Teenage Hotness), so that one makes sense. But why do they keep changing Sparx's voice actor...?
