That is simply what Spyro is supposed to look like. Super Mario 64 for example, Mario didn't look the same in the game. Those are just minor details.

Whoa, Ripto!

As for the parts you circled. The wing has a claw on the end. The claws on Spyro's feet look like that because of the lighting.

Nope, never. But i have the Gateway to glimmer version so i dont often see the riptos rage cover. I dont really see anything wrong with the picture.
