Re: A reminder to all Members
Last time I was here, weren't you a mod?
I'm off duty.
SR, could you PM me what stuff you posted in the filter? Just asking.

Re: A reminder to all Members
People can still swear by doing the initials of things though. I don't think the Profanity Filter should filter out letters, unless you put in the whole initials(sorry if I am not very good at explaining)

Profanity rule #1: Never post the entries made in the filter to the public.

Re: A reminder to all Members
If it filters out letters, there could be multiple false positives.

Re: A reminder to all Members
I think that's cool. I read this once and let's just not overuse it.

[sub]Nyahaha. I remember that thread. 8D Funny to think our old conversations are being read and laughed at by the newer members.
I personally think "WTF" should be filtered as well. Even if it's just an abbreviation, we all know what it's implying, and it's nothing good.
If I had my way, "OMG" would be filtered as well, not least because it's deadly annoying.

[sub]The internet will never be G-rated, no matter what the moderators might do; it's too unpredictable. Keep it PG; as long as we're not getting into PG-13 we're good.
Just use your best judgment. If you wouldn't say it in front of your mother, don't say it here. [/sub]
