Another words, Sierra will be the ones that keep going with it. Etranges Libellules seems like a promising company, hopefully they will keep helping out on the game developments.

he interveiw of one of the memebers said the player can switch between Spyro and CYnder with the push of a button...so that better be on all concoles...

Yea, I really don't think there gonna take any features out of the game like some of these older games have, I'm not sure what the deal was there.

Well, I have a PS3, so depending on if the PS3 version includes all the good features, and the bonuses they say players get from playing TEN and ANB, will depend on which version I get (though if the bonuses are for both PS3 and PS2 version, going for PS3 myself)

Has it been confirmed by any official source that we get bonus material for having ANB and TEN saves? I played ANB for the cube, and of course I played TEN for Wii, TEN wasn't even available for Xbox360, so that leaves players who want it for 360 out, I really don't think there will be bonus material for playing the two previous games.

Also ANB was for two inferior consoles [Gamecube/Xbox]. Which means the 360 wouldn't be able to find any ANB saves unless you bought the game off of Xbox Live. So again, I think that's just a false rumor floating about.

But I can't get a PS3 just for graphics... it's pointless and I don't need one!
But I have to get all the Spyro games (not including GBA and DS)... I can't miss one...

WTFT!!!!!!!!????? that's one of the worst things i've heard, I NEED for the rest of the games to be in PS2, unless I get one for Christmas, COME ON CHRISTMAS! LET ME GET A PS3, i'm not gonna stop playing Spyro just because the game won't be released on PS2!!!!!! mad

DotD is the last Spyro game in the trilogy.

PS2 is 8 years old. That is UNPRECEDENTED for a console. PS2 won't be around for the next Spyro after DotD.

The reason why it could be coming out on ps2 as well as ps3 is because not many people like the ps3 in fact they despise it (I'm one of those people) and I think Sierra know that as well

Unless they are going to be a heartless jerk as they were with the first original Final Fantasy game...They changed the whole Story line and meaning o the games for us Americans..... If you want the original FF game you have to gte it in japanies..... but yea unless they are heartless jerks and take out stuff unless you have a certain game station....

Um, I don't think so, it was when it first came out, with the RED RING OF DOOM. Everything is ok now, and plus, like all 360 games, we have achievements, I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of Spyro:DotD achievements we get.

I know I won't be getting a PS3 anytime soon. And I don't really care, because I like PS2 better anyway. Much less bulky.

HOWEVER, I WILL PROTEST IF THEY DON'T RELEASE ANY MORE SPYRO GAMES ON PS2! I will write a professional business letter ( I learned how to do that in computer class) and send it to them directly at their office, and I urge other PS2 players to do the same.

With everyone pitching in, we might be able to convince them.

I think that they'll stop making games for the PS2 when the PS3's price is lowered. I mean they still made games for the PS1 when the PS2 was quite old. But yes I do think that the next Spyro game won't be released on the PS2.
