Seriously, though, this is such a pointless argument. DDR merely linked someone who was asking a question to a thread that might provide answers, which is in no way memberating. Besides, it is not up to you to decide what is memberating and what is not; in your eagerness to uphold the rules, I'm afraid that you yourself might have crossed the memberating boundary against which you are so outspoken.

Besides, SR said it's not memberating, so there. =P[/sub]

I have no urge to make myself seem all-important and goody-goody by membrating-because I do not like such things, and I felt that he was basically saying "It doesn't belong here, post it somewhere else", I pointed that out.

By continuing to tell him not to memberate after Spyrorocks expressed that he was OK with what DDR did shows me that either you yourself are memberating by telling him not to memberate or you're simply looking for an argument. As we have previously stated, and as you have continually ignored, he was linking them to that thread for informational purposes only.

I do not want to start an arugment with you. I am defending someone who has been needlessly attacked. This is not the place for this, though; you're right, Ignitus #1fan. We will continue on Spyrochat or by PM if you wish to discuss this further, but I can't think of a single logical reason you'd want to continue. [/sub]

the way i see it, a mods job is deleting/moving comments/topics/etc. its everyones job to point out things like post regarding [topic a] should go in [topic a]

you obviously didnt know that thread existed, now you do, if someone posted a review of spyro DotD in the general forum, people would let the topic poster know that it really belongs in the spyro forum (and in the future since the game isnt out yet >_>)

think of it like real life, with mods being store security/police

you see someone shoplifting in a store, first step you should take is let them know theyre doing the wrong thing (not saying anyone did anything wrong here)
if they ignore you or run away then you tell store security
store security take action ie. PERMA BAN from the store
