So I played AHT finally and finished with a pretty sour taste in my mouth, but there was one awesomely bright spot in that game and that bit of sunshine was Teena, the crazy hyena in the ruined village in Molten Mount (Volcanic Isle).

The minute she started talking, I loved her. All that laughing made me giggle. And I really liked her character design.

I don't have anything to share yet, but I did a bunch of Teena art while I was on vacation which I will be posting here soon. I also re-played the entire horrible game so I could write down her dialogue (all four lines of it, woo!). big_smile If anyone else has some art to share or, better yet, has footage of good old Teena, that would be awesome.

I stated that I found them on Sierra, I wasn't taking credit for them myself. But fine, next time I'll make sure to make a little note stating "Neal made these" roll .

I scanned them from the "A Hero's Tail" strategy guide.

Lovely art as always, especially the proposal.

I think my favorite character was Otto. He and Hunter could have become best friends. Or maybe best brahs. wink

AHT was strange in that it was sparsley populated. In Spyros 1-4, each level had citizens with groups of a tribe/race/species. In AHT it was just one of each. Didn't like that.

Alright, I'm in! XD Teena was indeed a memorable character! :3 I loved het! AHT wasn't bad at all to me, just a bit tedious. XD

Teena! ^_^ She was one of the few characters in AHT I actually liked. I really wished they had some pictures of her in the gallery. sad

"He he he he he! Ha ha ha ha ha! I'm so miserable!" - One of the best lines from the game. ^_^

Agreed with you there! I was really disappointed when it turned out she wasn't in the gallery, especially after all the nightmarish trouble I went through to get that blasted thing.

Er-hem... yeah... When I saw they didn't have a model viewer of her, I thought they should at LEAST have a picture of her in the gallery.

Ever noticed that one of her bracelets is pink and purple and the other is red? O_O Subliminal messages... oooOOooo...

And I also think it's cool how Hyena's are closer to cats than dogs... and with Teena being a Hyena and everything... and cats being my favorite animals... uh... yeah.

So, what would you guys think about a small Teena fan site? I've been tossing around the idea. There's so little out there for her that a site would be easy to make. All I need is some decent screens (especially of her face so I can make a good logo).

And what would I call it? The only idea that comes to mind off the top of my head is "Teena's Hovel" and that's kind of depressing. big_smile

When I do fan sites, I like to keep the titles relevant to the character and somewhat creative (Just for Faun, The Well of Souls, The Precursor Temple, etc). It gets the attention of visitors.

Teena lived in an abandoned village in Molten Crater (I think), and that's pretty much all we really have to go on.
