Your first post and this topic in general does not make sense.

When I first read this topic, I made no clear sense to me. This should be put in spam forum unless you can change it so it makes sense?

A joke?
Next time, reword your jokes so they actually make sense.
'Cause that was the most non-understandable joke I've ever heard/seen.

Re: I would umm... not like a arghh ISO of YOTD
Okay, okay! I know I bumped up such an old thread. I just can't resist filling in what he meant on the topic title and first post.
----
Long story short i want a ISO of this game.
An ISO is a technical acronym created by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). On a little side note, the reason why they made their acronym "ISO" instead of "IOS" is just for aesthetic purposes.
An ISO is another term for "ROM." The ISO is made by literally copying the disc to your hard drive. This ISO can be loaded on an emulator for playing or burned to a blank CD for playing in hacked PS1s and hacked PS2s.
There are legitimate uses for ISOs. One is to create a duplicate on a blank CD so you can play the duplicate on your console and keep the original in a safe place. So if the duplicate gets scratched, smashed or flushed down the potty you still have the original one to make a duplicate from. No worries!
However, there is the dark sides of ISOs, and this guy just brought it up.
ISOs are traded and sent along the internet, ILLEGALLY. Many forums (like LokiTorrent) have caved in due to ISO trading and I don't want it to happen here. So let's keep stuff safe. Okay!

Re: I would umm... not like a arghh ISO of YOTD
It's still illegal to download ROMs and the like even if you own the original games, because the downloads are still considered illegally distributed copies. What's not illegal is to MAKE your own ISO of a game you own, as long as you are using it only for yourself and don't distribute it illegally.
Regardless, even if I did know how to make an ISO of a game, I don't even know if the forum doesn't allow that kind of talk regardless of whether it's legal or not.

Oh, well my ISO's are ripped directly off my very own games anyways. But I am from Canada and I do not think it is illegal here anyways if you own a legit copy of the game. We are legally allowed to make backups I am pretty sure, and download replacements if our discs are scratched.
