Do you guys know what month/season in 2009 this Spyro movie is going to be released in????

Someone here might though...but s'far as I know, no release dates been confirmed.

It really depends how soon they can get a diarecter. It could even be Canceld If they don't get a diarecter soon .I for 1 are worried

Animated Feature Film
The Legend of Spyro 3D is an upcoming 3-D animated feature film based on the popular Spyro video game Franchise. On October 25, 2007, it was announced that the film rights for Spyro the Dragon had been purchased by The Animation Picture Company.[5] Daniel Altiere and Steven Altiere will write the script which is going to be based on the recently released Legend of Spyro trilogy of games in the Spyro the Dragon series.[5] The film will be produced by John Davis (who has worked on films such as Norbit and Eragon), Dan Chuba, Mark Dippe, Brian Manis and Ash Shah.[5][6]. According to darkSpyro.net, Mark Dippe will be directing the film and is due to release in Theaters Worldwide around Christmas 2009. John Davis is also producing another film based off a Popular video game Franchise and that is "The Sims". The Movie will also be produced by: Wonderworld Studios according to velvetoctopus.com.
The movie will follow Spyro, a rare purple dragon of prophecy, on a voyage of self-discovery. As he struggles to come to terms with his amazing potential, Spyro will find himself embroiled in an epic struggle against an ancient evil.[7]

all that info is basicly saying that the movie will folow teh events of all teh legend of spyro games so in theorey we know already wot happens so ther ewont b any movie game

yeh i know i was complaring him to over people who hav done spyro voices and it was a close thing between him and the first spyro voice i still cant decide though lol

Unless they make a trailer for the movie with the date I would not exspect it to come out 2009 because of the complexaty of creating a CGI movie

good point cause the horns on spyro would be quite fidly to do wiv cgi as well as the textures
