Will Spyro find his real mother & father at the end?

I think it's a strong possibility that his parents just died. Sad, but I always got that impression. <:3

However, I'm a bit hopeful and for a while have contemplated that Ignitus, yes, may be his father. Ofcourse, I'm looking at it too as he is a mentor/father FIGURE also.

I personally, would LOVE to see what his mother looked like and is she appears. I would even accept a flashback of his parents. But, if all went well, they went into hiding or comes back when he desperately needs help. In fact, this thread has got me wanting to sketch his parents.. D:

part of the story of spyro is that we dont know who is parents r it was in the original games and they hav decided 2 transfer it over which is a good idea as it cotinues to folo the base storyline of the original seires

TECHNICLY THATS NOT TRUE. IN THE TEMPLE ALL THE EGGS WERE LAID BY THE SAME DRAGON MOTHER. SO "IGGY" LIED TO SPYRO. CYNDER AND SPYRO ARE BROTHER AND SISTER!

Where did it say that Spyro and Cynder were laid by the same mother? I never heard that. Just because they were in the same batch of eggs, doesn't mean they were laid by the same dragon. The same batch of eggs could mean they were born in the same community of dragons, at around the same time.

Also, the fact that they could be dead is very likely.

If Malefor turns out to be Spyro's father, then the new games will have reached a new level of cliche-ness.

I personally don't mind not knowing WHO his parents are, I just want to know where they are or what happened to them.

And frankly, they may not reveal them at all, because then all the little kids who don't know how to use a caps lock will be screaming. "WHO'S CYNDER'S PARENTS!!!?!?!? I WAN TO KNOOWWWWWW! WHY DOS SPYRO GET PARENTS AND NOT HER?!?!?! mad mad mad mad mad mad "

Which, there is some logic in that. If we find out who his parents are or even what happened to them. Then we'll want to know about Cynder's parents. Why was she black? What if she has the same mother as Spyro? (I know this has been debunked, but you and I both know someone will ask it) What happened to them? Did they work for Malefor? Is she related to Malefor? (going back to the whole, she was the only one who could release him deal)

On and on.

I'd rather have it left a mystery. We never knew his parents in the old games. So why now?

hate to burst your bubble, but iggy isn't his father. i've played the game, beaten it, he isn't. he's just a father figure. i think it would be cool if he was though.

i will reveal them in my story. i'm taking someone else's character with permission. they don't really know when i'll use them though. that's the surprise. there's also another huge one!!

Yeah honestly I'm the same way. I can only vent like that to my closest friends..and they are almost never around. So behold the power of writting. I love it.

i don't like venting too much around my friends. they get annoyed. so i always try to write or do something to make me forget about whatever i was mad about. see, it already worked. jk

lol...well it depends on the friends you have. Like I said....I only really really trust maybe two people...and consider them my friends..because they would listen to anything I say and help me when I needed it.

Those are the people that you want to be around.....so I stay around them. Not easy to find but they are out there.

yeah. i do have some pretty good friends. now anyway. i've gone to a new school and i love it. but you know, some people get annoyed easily. though lately i have no reason to vent cause there's nothing to vent about. thankfully.

Yeah that's the way we like to keep things. I have moved four times and been to three different schools...in three different states....so I have never really knowing too many people at one time. The school I graduated from was by far the best though...I found some really enjoyable people while I was there.

We can only take what life gives us...but never let go of a true friend if you find one. They don't come around every day.

You know, I think it would actually be quite interesting if Malefor was Spyro's father. Think about it. They're both purple dragons, they both learned fire first, then ice...
And Malefor may have been implying that when he said, "It seems we share other qualities besides that of our color."
I took that idea yarn and ran with it, I'm afraid to say. Still, wouldn't that be a surprising twist? I could certainly believe it. They sort of look alike...
But on the subject of Ignitus being Spyro's father... I could believe that too. They look alike, especially the horns. And Spyro mastered fire first, so that could be a pretty big hint. I would have thought Ignitus would have said something though... Either way, whether it be Malefor (god forbid XD) or Ignitus, I'll still be perfectly fine with it. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

I read it for finnish wikipedia and there saying: "for spyros mother and father has not give any information but spyros father is blue dragon for picture you can found activision (or was that insomniac?) forums" i dont are sure about "forums" but like i said picture found somewhere there websides.
