When Ignitus got Spyro and Cynder through the belt of fire he died, but Why couldn't Spyro use his ice breath, or Cynder use her wind breath, to put out the fire? That way Ignitus wouldn't have to die?

Well the only real reason I can think for something like that is that the flames in the belt of fire were much too powerful for any kind of elemental attack to take effect....like some kind of eternal fire....that can only be controlled by Malefor himself....again that's just what I think.....who really knows...

Another thing that they really could have explained a little more...but eh..I'm not complaining.

It's because the Ring of Fire was made by the Destroyer's magic, therefore to powerful for them to counter with their own magic.

Well, fire usually doesn't just sit there when there's nothing to burn, I imagine it's magically sustained. Spyro's ice would be too little to even put a dent in it, and Cynder's wind might make it worse.

I think that Ignitus's death was extremely ironic for him... I mean that master of fire dies in fire! He must have been pretty annoyed.

How about this...if you don't want it spoiled for you then just avoid the internet all together lol...kinda hard to go anywhere on here without finding a spoiler or two...and if you don't have the willpower to do that then go get the game and beat it.

Because its the legend of spyro. The writers of the plot didnt want to make any effort for it, and they just put all those stereotypical and predictable things in it, seriosly, havent you seen that set up in another game/movie: The mentor of the main character sacrifices himself to save the main character. I know, i know, tlos isnt the only one to take moves like this, but couldnt they put little more work into it?

Of course they could have put a little more work into it...they also could have put a lot more work into the older games...and no matter how you feel about those you will always love them because it was how Spyro was meant to be in the eyes of most fans...but yes the story was full of cliches that you will see in just about every epic story and such...this was not going to cater to every single Spyro fan...it was a different approach that could have been done much better....Sierra did screw over many things..like you have said...all the loopholes and such...but when I play games I really don't focus too much on loopholes..I just play the game to enjoy it...but that's just me.

Stuff like this I don't focus on unless I really despised the game...and I didn't....every game will have its flaws..and depending on which series you love...you will always point out those flaws you hate.

Hey, i know why.

First of allz, it's because those devlopers wanted to put something sarcasticly cool in The Legend of Spyro Dawn of the Dragon, since
THIS is the very last game in the ENTIRE Spyro troligy, even
though this is Spyro's 10th anniversary.

And second of allz, they wanted it to be very awesome because of the death of Ignitus. Sorry to say, Ignitus fans, but they wanted him to die, and PLUS I'm sure that you'll see him again in the movie.
