Perhaps....I didn't think his design was half bad...I just think he was a little too purple for an evil dragon lol.....I saw an earlier concept design of him in one of the unlocked gallaries....and I thought that was better then what they went with...

But yeah...they def could have done better with both his look and voice....not Mark Hamill's voice itself......just what they did to it...

Nah, because I think that him looking kinda like Spyro is pretty epic. Maybe you could get an artist to draw it and then we could compare better. That aside though, Spyroid, your avatar is simply beautiful.

Well yes it is epic...but the def could have done better with that last fight.....I would have done a lot more with Malefor's abilities....at least make it harder...show a little bit of that dark power he has inside him. Just a real waste I think...

Making him not purple would have pretty much defeated the purpose of what he was. There's a reason he looked the way he did.

Well I didn't see that he didn't have to be purple...it's a good thing he was in someway....but they should have done more with the entire scene to really show just how evil Malefor had become.....idk just how I feel about it...

I rather think his ordering the massacre of unhatched baby dragons, tearing up the world, unleashing horrible monsters everywhere, and using Cynder as bait without her knowledge did a pretty good job of showing how evil he was.

I just meant in that final battle....the evil tone they set up for him throughout the story was awesome...especially in TEN.....I was just hoping for it to be a bit more climactic in the final batte....

I'm with you there. Alas, most villains who do terrible things don't seem so bad when you meet them. Malefor was pretty cheesy dialogue-wise, but I sort of expected that. It's just a shame you couldn't understand anything he said.

Well it was a shame I had to put the stupid subtitles on to understand it....gah.....kills the mood.....idk like...my heart was pounding as the entered to face him...then it was like......uhhhh yeah not that scary....just anticlimactic to me...

Sure I can draw you a picture of what I'm talking about. But I can't get it on my posts.......( anyone got experience with mac laptops and iphoto?) I'm not really complaining on his design. ( Although I think they should have given him fangs instead of flat teeth...( anyone else agree?)) It's his color scheme. Maybe it was just my T.V. screen, but it looked like Malefor had more red in his scales than purple. But on design matters. Has anyone noticed that Malefor had ' magically' healed the scar on his eye, grew two sets of spikes instead of one, changed the shape of his wing thumbs, grew a second spike on his shoulders, removed the brown Terrador-like tooth, decreased the size of his tail spike and reduced the number of wing fingers he has? ( In TEN he has four, not three.)

i agree that malefor should of had fangs instead of flat teeth it just made him look unfinished like the develepers got lazy on little detail part that makes him more real ether that or they ran out of money to fund the game lol o_O and he wasn't as scary as i though he would be they should of had him shrouded in shadows for the first part while speaking to them that would have been at least a bit more freaky (for me :-| ) during the cinamatics i coulden't see any purple on him only when i hit game play did i see it hmm

Idk about you...but I was pretty like kinda scared during that whole flashback thing in TEN...and the whole flat teeth thing was done to all the adult dragons...the only exceptions were Spyro and Cynder....which of course I didn't like...I don't know if the developers were plain lazy...or if that was just the design they intended.

The fight was ok....but I think it could have been a little more difficult...because the only time that it is is the first time around when you don't know the reaction commands...

I just feel that the whole thing could have been done with a little more...."evil touch"....like Malefor unleashing all the darkness within his soul to smash Spyro to pieces...and in turn Spyro himself might just go dark....idk they could have done anything lol....overall not bad...but could have been better.
