Is this game worth bying?

I didn't really like it.I suggest you to save some money for something bigger and better.

Well its not a huge loss if you don't get it. A Hero's Tail doesn't follow on Enter the Dragonfly's storyline so you haven't missed much. The game and storyline itself is OK it follows on a bit from Year of the Dragon and it took me a while to complete so it was entertaining. But because the graphics are very advanced for the PS2 (if thats the console you're getting it on) it was a bit slow and would often do quick freezes as you were running around which was annoying. Also on all the versions it takes ages to load and Spyro moves really slow. But in the end its your choice, I personally am saving up buy Dawn of the Dragon lol.

Absolutely not. You can spend your money on a billion better things than this sorry excuse for a game, trust me, I'd been hyped for its release for a year and I was SO darn disappointed when I got it. It's that bad. XD

But if you want to see for yourself, do go ahead, I guess?

Its a decent length, so no problems there. Its mainly the crashes and insanly long loading times that bothered me.

in australia this game is selling for something like $15 these days, so you should might as well get it just to try and out and for your bragging rights. You might even find it fun, iknow i did at times.

i've started etd agen. i done every other spyro game in my house (except sl). and at the minute i find it fun. sure tis full of glitches but the storyline is cool and its challenging! it took me years to get up to honey marsh (the crocodile place) onli coz i deleted my thing. but at the minute i'm finding it fun so its not a complete waste.

i didnt mind this game. besides the framerate and the glitches its an ok game. But i would rent it 1st.

Well at the end of it it is up to you so if you want go ahead be our guests but i personaly hated it was riddled with glitches it had so many glitches and no cheats it absoulty ruins it the dragonflys always run away from you anyway i will tell you one cheat i did once i did the swimming glitch and swum into the portal and went straight to Ripto level and there was once this gate you needed 50 dragonflyes to go into it i ran straight through it lol i don't know how i had 23 only well do what you want

Even though the loading time in between levels is EXTREMELY long and on my old PS2 (havne't played it in the new one yet) the graphics kept shimmering and freezing and sometimes the entire game slowed down. Also a limitted amount of levels, I still think it's worth it. The game is fun and the graphics are good. (when they're not shimmering or freezing)

Paints ok, but back on topic, despite the games numerous faults, its worth buying as it is the first time spyro goes onto PS2, so it was a failure but they eventually learned from that mistake.
