Re: Spyro's new look
I mean it HE DOES LOOK LIKE A GNORC!!! His father must have been a frog and his mother a dragon (or the other way around...) (I get sick of the though)

Re: Spyro's new look
At first I thought it was weird, but that was because I hadn't played the other games for so long. He looks different, yes, but I think he looks better than ever. However, just one thing I think needs to be pointed out to Krome. The way he runs is incorrect. He's supposed to put his front-left paw and rear-right paw forward at the same time, and vice versa. However, Spyro puts both front paws forward first, and then the rear paws. That is very incorrect, because he shouldn't be able to balance properly like that.

Re: Spyro's new look
I thought the concept of using both front paws then both rear front paws in running is a standard syntax. The way you mentioned one front paw and the opposite rear paw at the same time actually sounds more like a "walking" stance if you ask me.

Re: Spyro's new look
Its all in how you look at it.......his new "groove" takes some getting use to but you can get use to it......and the walking/running , how do dogs run? or cats? or rabbits? the same way spyro does!

Re: Spyro's new look
Oops...I WAS thinking of walking. Silly me. If he ran the same way he walked, his paws would get in the way of each other. Sorry about that mistake. :-[

Re: Spyro's new look
I kinda like Spyro's new look. He looks more like a fighter dragon now and that is appropriate for the game I think.

Re: Spyro's new look
Makes me to say but.. He's ugly!
I guess they were trying to make him look older and more tough?
Well it's not working out. But as long as he's still Spyro, then I can deal with that.

Re: Spyro's new look
As far as graphics, I liked spyro. But the only thing I disapprove on is his mouth. All throughout the game, he can only move his mouth and his eyes. But he can't change that smile. If he's mad, his eyebrows point down, but he keeps the smile. If he's sad, his eyebrows point up and still keeps that smile. He would be a lot more realistically animated if he can change his mouth expressions into not only happiness by smiling, but sadness by frowning or mellow by making his mouth a straight line. Also, instead of having his horns pointing straight up like in the old games, they have his horns pointing backwards. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but he would inflict a lot more damage when charging, head-butting, and horn-diving enemies if they positioned his horns like in the old games.
