My opinion of DOTD

Yes they should have let Krome complete the games, I hate it when development studios switch over..It's like the Mummy Movies....you get a certain feeling from the first two because the director and actors gave them a certain vibe...but as soon as things change in that regard...it just isn't the same.

Krome should have made it. It's not fair that they got it snatched. Is it me or was the game going to be called 'The Darkest Hour' when Krome were making it? I swear it was.

And yes, about 75% pf the Spyro fanbase are people who have never played the other Spyro games, only DotD.

i had never actually taken into consideration what the game would be like if Krome had made it. it's cool to think about. but disappointing. the game itself was awesome, the GENERAL plot, the gameplay, the levels/graphics, but as said about 1,000,000 times before: there were a lot of holes in the plots, which probably wouldn't have happened if Krome had done it. and Malefor, another negative aspect that's been mentioned 1,000,000 times. he was so easy. i was expecting this really hard boss, from what i was hearing in ANB and TEN, and then it's that? it was so easy for me. he probably would have been harder.

though, i actually like DOTD's character designs [excepting Ignitus's constant smiling] and how they're bigger than in ANB/TEN. imo it shows more how they've all grown since then.

Yet the fact that they've grown is itself a paradox, a temporal paradox. If they're frozen in time in that crystal, how could the physically age? It's like being cryogenically frozen.

I think everything sucks about it except the graphics and the fact that you can fly & have two players without a split screen. That's it. XD

Well, I haven't played it but I'm looking forward and NOBODY is gonna tell me no cuz only I decided if a game is good or not. Sod anybody else.
