User Ideas

All right guys, simply put, this forum is here for you, the users. Now the administration is always looking for good ideas to grasp and make this forum better for a user environment. Since nothing is really going on in the Spyro world we want to keep this forum as lively as possible.

So I'm placing this topic here for you guys to put ANY idea down you want. What would you guys like to see in the forum? What do you think would make it a more friendly and upbeat place that offers solid return potential.

Not including the member rank feature which is on the way of course, what else do you think could make this place better. Let us know smile

honestly i now vote dragon protector to lead with the ideas i could prople get some of these done and ill have a scanner soon so i can do fan char art for the birthday peoples and mods ^^

I am going to start makeing a list of possible days for this calender like a Gem bonus day and I will also think of something else gems can be spent on.

Valentines day- we have something that you can select a picture and your different choices of wordings for a Spyro gram for valentines day.

St. Patrics day- we tell stories about what is Spyro was Irish and instead of dragonflys they had leprechauns or something

Mod Appreciation week- For an entire week we appreciate our wonderful mod for kicking butt and keeping the forums in a healthy appropriate place.

Admin Appreciation Week- We show SR we are thankfull and apreciate him for dealing with the forums and keeping it alive and everything for an entire week. Maybe donate gems to him to make him feel like a richer dragon with shiny gems.....

Pirate Day *dont know a date yet maybe halloween to resemble costumes because our names display change*- A week before every one decides what pirate name they want and on this day when they sign in their user names will display the ones they choose. or something.... Maybe have a game or something on chat or make a game that people can play to earn gems.

Chat Day- Show up on chat and earn *insert something here* If you join and help break the limit of number of people on at once Receive something special.....

Thats all i have for now...

Um, not sure if I have anything good, sorry.

Perhaps letting us have a picture of ourselves (or whatever you want) in our profiles...

And maybe letting us have bigger avatars?

This is the max size for signatures, any bigger and it makes people scroll too far down to view the next post.

Hmm... wouldn't it be nice to have avatars fixed to a standard size, but you can use any picture. Like an audo-ajuster for avatars so it will automaticalle be resized to the maximum avatar size.

You can easily adjust your avatar size yourself so we don't need it to happen automatically. The set size for avatars is still pretty good size so I think nothing really needs to be changed there. But that's just me.

Honestly if it were me, I'd make the maximum avatar size smaller. 190 seems way too wide to me; it just... looks weird, I dunno. tongue

Throwing this idea out to you guys again: how about some new contests to increase community engagement and activity? Also, there shouldn't be a single person (as of now it's the inactive mod "Spyro") making up contests - what a limitation that would be.

Well i would vote myself to take over the contests but im not a mod. And im ALWAYS online X3 Once i get home from school i jump into the basement (my den) and mess around online. I check here for like 3 hours while doing other things and around 8:00 my time i start on homework.... Pritty late, but i have 2 class periods that i get left over homework done in. Video (only film anything like for 2 days other then that i just sit and do nothing, and 2nd period is my off hour). But yea. weather I post on a thread depends on if it interests me and the conversation seems fun enough.
