An avatar request

I'd like to request an avatar that I thought of... However, it would require someone who can animate as well as make a relatively good picture. I'll give the details of the avatar I want when (and if) someone agrees to do this for me.

But I'll say this now: I want a picture of a dragon. One with armor, to be more precise.

Although, I could go without the animating part, but I think it would be better with it.

Edit: I got Dante's_Girl9122 to do this for me, but anyone else can give it a try--just ask me for the details. Unfortunately, though, she doesn't know how to make animated avatars.
