Well they didnt come out of the same egg o.O thats for sure lol. BUT maybe father was purple or black and the mother purple or black but both different :l i mean don't have to be same colour.

Honestly, I highly doubt that two individuals of any species, real or mythical, coming from the same place makes those two siblings right off the bat. I'm pretty sure the script could have meant anything from siblings to living close by (at least under normal circumstances).

I hope this makes sense, I had a hard time describing it in a way I didn't think would confuse readers.

It does a little I am going too play the game and listen what Ignitus's is saying. if they are brother and sister then that's going to be very harsh to the Spyro/Cynder fans.
But who know it's a 50:50 chance.

At any rate we can assume that IF Cynder and Spyro have Cynder, they will be a combination of the colors of Cynder and Spyro. Remember, A purple dragon like Spyro doesn't come along very often,according to ignitus. So his children, would not be purple like him.

By the way, does anybody know the origins of either spyro or cynder,because I was just wondering... did "special" dragons father or mother either of them, and if they did, which one, father or mother,or which one ,spyro or cynder, and what did the parents look like, were they just normal looking dragons, or maybe the Guardians fathered four of the eggs or maybe there were female Guardians at one time and they mothered some of the eggs?

I think the statue of the dragon may be the mother of Spyro and/or Cynder. She, (I can tell from a female or male dragon unless someone drew it) had eggs under her.

Well, we know that neither of Spyro's parents were purple, a purple dragon only comes along once every 10 generations. As for Cynder, I'm guessing either her mother or father were black dragons, but its hard to say..

Judging by the fact that Spyro now has a crush on Cynder, that tells me they are not brother and sister. Brothers and sisters don't have crushes on each other. Futhermore, all signs pointed to them having a realationship, since they are the only 2 survivors of the brood of eggs, and which brood was the hope for the future of the dragon race..

I think it's kinda hard to befriend someone you just drained your total energy on to fight her, though, regardless if you did save her.

I dunno, I just think their friendship was a bit too forced. Though I did like how Spyro decided to save her. ^_^ He's always had such a good heart. smile

Well we all know that they aren't siblings, since that question was answered a while ago, by oneof the staffmembers at Krome.

As for the main question:
I don't think that their daugter/son will have the same colors as his/hers parrent's. In the new world, it seems more likelier that dragon types are random, and thus - not affected by the parrents. But I do think the parrents genes has something to say when it comes to personality and body build.
