What made ANB so awesome?
No noobish/negative thoughts about the game here.
So what part about the ANB game made you like it so much?
I personally think that the story line and CYNDER made me want to play it over again.
What do you think?

Cynder, the Guardians, and the storyline made me want to play it again. I think this Spyro game had the most dragons as main characters.

I loved all of those, so I couldn't just vote for one.
The storyline was the most epic among all of the Spyro games. The dragon guardians (especially Ignitus) were awesome additions to the game, also. The gameplay was refreshingly new and very fun, despite all of those dang monkeys you had to keep fighting.
And Cynder was just great. I loved her voice, her image, and the way she acted as a villian and as her younger dragon self. She was just plain, flat out awesome.

Well, there are a lot of fan art on deviantart on Cynder so I'd say that would be a reason that she was the main object that made the game popular.

Given only one choice, I said storyline (look at sig for why ), but Cynder certainly comes a close second in my book.

Aww, I can't choose two? The story and Cynder were what kept me playing (and I'm still playing; now on play through number three, which is almost unheard of for me if the game is younger than N64). For as cliche and cheesy as the story sounded to me, it turned out to be so well carried out that I really enjoyed it. It's sweet and a great beginning.
And Cynder, well... She's Cynder. I would never have given the game a second look if Zekira hadn't got me started on a crazy Cynder fangirl spree. She fascinated me so much that I spent $20 on a game I knew almost nothing about. Glad it worked out for me.
