gems for an animator

i'll pay ....alot of gems for some one how can rig and animate in blender!
this is for my fan game

i don't have the skills for charter animations and time I'm already doing all the mesh on my own and skinning this will make the game progress go a lot faster so a demo(which will be free!!!) come out sooner!
also a few people how are good at c++ or java would be helpful.
so can any one help me at all? please do help me.
the scripting is not a train smash i can do that as well but i need an animator.
