Well that's what happens when a popular part of the series is introduced to the young children. It actually happens on most wikias.

Good thing the Spyropedia is supposedly spared from the young activity.

Still, Skylanders is labeled as part of the Spyro series, an official second reboot after the Legend of Spyro.

Sure Skylanders is big nowadays on the wikia, but unless another full Spyro game appears, we'll be seeing a lot of Skylanders related material.
