Glitch Guide
Hay gaiz
I've been working on a glitch guide for this game, and here it is so far:
http://spyro.xemnas.net/DOTD.txt
Anyone got anything to add? Test some of the glitches out on the PS3/360 copies of the game?

Re: Glitch Guide
Name: Double Jump Floating
Console: PS2 & Wii
What happens: Spyro or Cynder will be 'floating' in the air, going up and
then landing down slower than usual. How to: Easy - Use the Horn Dive move and hold that button down.
IMO this isn't a glitch and might actually be intended (use this quite often), it actually looks aesthetically correct and does make sense.
Name: Sparx is messed up
Console: PS2
What happens: Sparx face is very messed up in the cutscene
How to: Watch the cutscene when Meadow is rescued. That's it.
Did you really have to show that one lol...
Name: Teleporting Dragons
Console: All
What happens: Spyro or Cynder randomly appear beside you out of nowhere.
How to: When you stray too far away from the other and there's no way the
CPU can catch up to you, the other dragon just randomly appears right next
to you. Sometimes, this has a reverse effect and you are teleported to
them.
What, this has never happened to me. On the actual 'glitch' like you say, this is actually intentional due to the obviously imperfect AI of the dragon.

Re: Glitch Guide
Actually, the first one is indeed a glitch, as it does not work on all systems. And the dragons shouldn't really be 'going up' when no part of their body is moving XD
And although you're correct, it's still a glitch as in another game produced by the same company, when losing a partner, they do not automatically appear out of nowhere - You have to go back and look for them.
I've been teleported to them before, as have others. It's a real pain too. Mind if I ask what version of the game you're using?

Re: Glitch Guide
I'm more interested in easter eggs. DotD doesn't seem to have any.
Wake me up... when September ends is here...
