I don't remember the word "evolution" being mentioned. Some of us were debating whether normal animals and anthropomorphic animals are people.
Anthropomorphic animals (if they were real) are people, and
Normal animals are not people. If normal animals were people, they'd be anthropomorphic.

Correct me if I'm wrong SR, but I'm sure the religious possibilities and animals having souls was the forbidden topic. Everything else was valid i thought, which is why I took a more scientific approach.

Spyro and Cynder aren't siblings. Just like Spyro isn't an orphan.

From my stand point talking about souls isnt religion. the talk of "Gods" is. I believe in ghosts... and what are ghosts but souls.

And i would like to add about what you guys where talking about with the whole Animals to people ISNT really what the thread was made for XD

If you can see ghosts Regularly then you have a great ability ^.=.^ but i think this thread is kind of done. the answer had been made through my post which led to SRs post about them not being related which was relayed by Sierra.

Why turn this into a poopfest?

We were just talking about Spyro and Cynder's official relationship and a semi-off-topic discussion of anthropomorphism was discussed. I find no reason to turn sour about it.

I am SO glad there is a mod again...

Maybe it might be best to lock this anyways. We already have an answer; Spyro and Cynder are not related. Not only can this discussion not continue and still stay on topic, but it is already a mess of an argument. It also would serve as a reminder that religion is not okay to discuss.

IMO there not realated but affter the GBA error thats another reson why I kind of think they should'nt have ended up together...I mainly prefer it when games leave to romance stuff to the fandom anyway...dispite the fact i dispise fandom XD

Final Fantasy 4 does a great job with the romance they save it for later cus they have to save the world and thats how romance should be handled in a RPG.

first 2 nothing remotly showing a romance
DOTD starts off just the same
then suddenly at the end there in love.

Yes there were hints right from the begining that Rosa loved Cecil but they knew that they have to save the world so they saved the romance till later.

Tifa and Cloud never really develop,you can tell Tifa has feelings for Cloud but Cloud has a no nonsense attitude and focuses more on killing Sephiroth than on her and Tifa never expresses her feelings for Cloud in the end.

*sigh* once again we have Established that DotD was quiet horrible. They screwed alot of things up in it and rushed alot of things. And again i will bring up the part about SRs post that was started By Sierra that they Are Not (i use caps for first letters to stress the point) related.

As for the no sinces of romance in the first 2? I beg to disagree about the second. The most Cleshay (yes i dont know how to spell this word and not even spell check could save me) thing about games or movies is that the hero saves the girl not just because its the right thing to do but also he has a growing attachment and deep inside feelings for her. now the small part when spyro puts his heard very close to hers and wraps his wing around her i thought was a small sense of romance to be because he seemed to care alot more about here then his voicing shows.

Which is why Hunter and Cynder should have ended up together...

IMO spyro saved her because she was like him, not because he liked her.

I mean lets be honist evan if cynder was a boy spyro would have still gone in affter him but then you'd think there was no romance behind that now would you?

True about Cynder being a guy in that scenario although i got really weird visuals after trying to image the story in that way, I guess the hardest part of proving how had feeling for sure was because we arent him. So from how im drawing from this is how he acts towards her. I mean if Cynder was a guy Spyro might look at him as more of a brother. If that is true he prolly wouldn't have wrapped his head over his brothers shoulders or put his wing around him either when forming the crystal in eternal night.
