So continuing from there, no, I don't think that's not bad. It doesn't mean you have to look like that character. I don't imagine you look like every person in the world who has your personality type. tongue Besides, Zecora is pretty awesome. Everything she says is in rhymes.

My personality type is INTP, so I match up best with Twilight, which is proof that I probably wouldn't get along with myself if there were two of me. I see a lot of myself in her in the episodes, but she also annoys me at times.

I would have made a pony thread a looooong time ago. But I was afraid the lack of tolerance that is sometimes seen in this forum would ruin the fun.

I don't think it really is, though. Memes come from the show and the fans, but the show itself isn't really.

It's more of a meme to people who don't watch it, I guess.

Besides, lots of memes start out with something that wasn't meant to be funny.

I enjoy ponies in several different ways. It doesn't always have to come in the form of a meme, those are just videos and pictures that get viral easy on message boards. Remixes of songs are an example of something that has become very important to many bronies.

For me, one of the funniest things about the pony fandom is "being in a pony fandom." Even after being a fan for over two months now, I am still giggling inside that I share a love for ponies with other bronies and an entire generation of kids who watch cartoons.

Another issue of funny comes from specific references in the show, like Pinkie Pie's constant breaking of the fourth wall:

Fluttershy's awesome nature:

For those that don't know, Fluttershy is the most intraverted character in the show, by far, and so when she flipped out in this episode, it came as quite a hilarious shock to pony fans. She also had a raging moment in "Dragonshy"[/img]

Knowyourmeme isn't the the internet authority on memes. tongue Also Clock-La, if you look even on the knowyourmeme page it doesn't say "this meme entails adults pretending to like ponies" it just says that it has gained a lot of popularity outside of its target demographic - people just like it.
About rule 34, this is the internet so it's to be expected, there's nothing to do but ignore it and not let all the perverts ruin it for you. big_smile
