See look, now you are being sarcastic and it's obvious however it wasn't in your post about loving all Spyro's, many people do after all.

My favorite Spyro is the Spyro from the original series, because he rarely
talked. And when he got injured from an enemy or something else, he'd
make a cute little yelp. I lvoe that little yelp he makes. To add on to that,
he didn't have a "magical" chain on his neck that forces him to stay near a
girl who, earlier, tried to kill him.

I have a lot more history with the original Spyro than I do with any of the
newer versions of him. I felt everything he felt when I was playing the
games. And he was my friend when I had no real-life friends to lean on.

So, if you enjoyed LoS at all, won't replaying those games 10 or fifteen years from know kick your nostalgia into gear? And then what would it be?

I like all the spyros and any future ones that might come in the future, so long as he is a purple dragon in some shape or form i don't mind. But because classic Spyro got me interested in the series as i started on the first game im going to have to go with classic spyro smile .

Most difficult (I like a good challenge XD): Probably all the GBA games because I have such big hands!

Mine would have to be the original 3...actually, the original 2 were awesome, the 3 was good. For some reason, even with its extra level, year of the dragon still took me less time to 100% after I figured out the dino mines agent 9 sidequest.

The first one was the second game I got for the playstation, and by far one of the best. It had really bad graphics, but it was early playstation and I can't fault the game for its limits. It had such an awesome style, sprawled out with a bunch of little puzzles even without the flight challenge worlds.

I got the second and 3rd because of the first, and they didn't disappoint. By the time of YotD it was getting more linear but the puzzles and sidequests kept me entertained.

The only others I've played were the gba games and the LoS series. The GBA games were good, but some of the little things about them put me off.
The LoS series wasn't terrible in its own right, but I don't think the maker was thinking about what people who liked the original Spyro liked about them, and stripped them down to linear walks down the hall, taking out the imaginative (at the time) 4-hit system, taking out the humor (except for Sparx's little lines), and trying to play it on the story alone, which was pretty good. Still my least favorite unless they try making a story with him without the humor.

I enjoyed the Original Spyro games very much, they're classics and will always remain as classics, Enter The Dragonfly was also a good game and Hero's Tail was interesting to say the least. I didn't mind it, but it seemed too cartoony. LOS Spyro was my favorite and the storylines for all three games is so amazing and epic! The new Spyro Skylanders looks really stupid and I don't think I'll be renting or buying that game. I did enjoy the other Spyro games that are out there, but for LOS some of the other characters besides Spyro made me ask a lot of questions as opposed to the older games.

As a kid my father bought me "Year of the Dragon"

I did not know that it was the third game in the series, i just loved it, i actually managed to get to the final bonus map, even though i was about 9 years old or something, anywho, such an awesome game it was!

I chose DotD because it just has an awesome story and it was great seeing the little dragon from my childhood growing up with me roll

But Skylanders went the exactly opposite way and that's why i just hate Activision for it. sad

I think the original Spyro design is bland as heck. I'll vote Skylander Spyro because it is the only other one that I know.

Original Spyro wins all the others. I like Spyro from Gateway To Glimmer the best. Though it's very similar to the other 2 original Spyro's.

I wouldn't say that it's too similar to the first game, but Spyro 2 and 3 are virtually identical, besides the storyline and some of the voice actors.
