Play as Cinder

I think it would be cool if in one of the upcoming Legend of Spyro games, after you beat the game, you can go through the game again as Cinder. Does anybody else think this is a good idea, or not? If so why?

I think it's a great idea. I wish that these game companies would take the fans' ideas into consideration more when making new games.

Yeah but the whole story is about spyro, It would be weird.

It might come out in future releases, but probably as a multiplayer feature, since, as Cynder Fan pointed out, the game is about Spyro mainly.

<D Oh id love to play as Cynder on futur Spyro game...it would be alot harder because she doesnt have all the same powers Spyro has, but it would be worth playing.

That would be kick *bleep*, as long as Cynder isn't just a skin and has her oun moves. Heck give her her oun freakin' storylind that plays parrell with the Purple Punk's quest for revenge [hey that's what he's looking for isn't it? Vengence?]

It seems to me that an alternate storyline where you play as Cynder would have been perfect for TEN. Now, I haven't played the game, but I'm pretty sure Cynder is on her own for the majority of the game. That, in other words, would have paved the way for a Cynder story that could be unlocked by doing...something. The point is, they left it really open-ended as to what happened to Cynder during her time away from Spyro. For all we know, and this is probablhy what happened, he had her own trials to overcome. After all, is she not, at one point, taken captive and forced to fight Spyro? I may be wrong, since I have yet to play TEN, but even if it didn't happen, was it even hinted as to what Cynder had gone through? Anyway, yes, an alternate story for Cynder would have been, and in fact is still, an awesome possibility for future canonical Spyro games.

she appears after you fight the third bad guy the Hellmuth Arena, and only briefly. The "fight" was staged while they tried to figure out how to get out of thgere. cynder is captured by some Dreadwing like Creature, and the next time she is seen is in a scene when Spyro is looking into a pool, she's chained and talking to Gaul. She is almost a love interest, really.

Eventually, I'm sure they'll let Cynder be playable. Maybe for a challenge or something. They did it in AHT w/ Ember and Flame, so I don't see why they won't add it sooner or later.

Those were only skins and you transformed after collecting all the eggs in thier set. Dark Spyro is the same except he has different powers.

Yeah. Although if they do that, they also need to make sure that they record a seperate voice set.

It was creepy in Heros Tail how you could play as Ember, and yet when shes hit she does the same yelps/screams/ect that Spyro does XD

But they are 4 th DS version, I don't know if they work on the PS2.

Unlockable: Cynder Character Skin
Collect 60 crystals.

Imagine that lil dragon with her own kick@ss moves - not just the tailwhip, claw attack ... but maybe a somersault akin to Spyro's outta LoS: ANB ....

And what about her furies, Spyro's never included any kicks claws or anything ... how about this time working in something like that ... or maybe like the super moves out of some of the Street Fighter games ..
