This game is FAR too expensive!

While I do agree and wouldn't pay that much for it myself, I think it's worth pointing out that it is only $10 more than the average new game, and since it comes with three of the figures that are $7.99 on their own, I'd say that's not too bad of a deal.

I would have gotten it too. Sadly it's too much. But worth the price for those who are fans!

been a fan dos'nt mean you need to like everything its related to.

look at disney. I love the princesses, but dispise the princess franchise.

Can also be said for Disney sequills all them them suck badly.

With the exseptions of Cinderella 3 the lil mermaid 3 and lion king 2 ((Lion king 2 only because of the songs realy))

I think he means Skylanders fans. Not to "add smarts" again, just thought I'd point it out. tongue

As for what you're talking about though, I completely agree; people would tell me I'm "not a true Spyro fan" because I didn't like TLoS (or Skylanders at that point) and that got pretty annoying.

Probably (I've never bought any DLC) but a lot of people who don't like this don't like DLC either.

That depends completely on the company. I've seen games whose DLC will give you a level for the cost of skylanders characters, and others that give you a weapon or something stupid like that for the same price.

I got my Skylanders Spyros Adventure starter pack pretty cheap. It was already only 50€ and my mom got discount so it was about 42€. And you get game, portal of power and 3 figures. Comparing to other games it's cheap. For example Call Of Duty Black Ops 2 which I think will cost about 70€ for first few weeks.
