Activision selling Spyro?

I heard rumors of this, I also heard rumors that Microsoft has taken an interest. And I also heard they're most likely gonna continue with Skylanders. (Which is extremely unfortunate) Has anybody else heard anything like this?

Well, I hope this is correct. I also hope that they continue doing Spyro games, not just Skylanders.

As much as I dislike Skylanders, there's people out there who do like it, so they won't stop making Skylanders any time soon.

If it is true. And I would not have a problem if it is I do enjoy Skylanders though.

What would happen to his character in the Skylanders? Would they write him off or say he's going on to new adventures in different worlds thus leaving the Skylanders?

I could see Nintendo making really good Spyro games, but how would Apple be any better than Microsoft? Have they ever even published any games?

All the originals were on the Playstation, which is a reason why if they did happen to remake the originals, they probably wouldn't be on any other system than Playstation.

Please NO Microsoft. When I see the way they make Win8... And also if I am right, Microsoft had something to do with Fable. My younger brother bought it and after a few days it suddenly disappeared from computer (we did no uninstallation... it just disappeared).

I'd say SEGA, Nintendo or any game developing company.

..Maa..I really want a Spyro game again. Imo, I don't consider Skylanders as A Spyrogame..Sure..Spyro is in it. But it feels he's just an addition to a random game.

Loading screens..

I can imagen the comments on youtube gameplay already.. "The gameplay ruins the loading screens!" and such like that tongue

I think SEGA would do good in a way, considering they're used to a lot of 'cartoony' games (Sonic obv.,Billy Hatcher, Restar, Jetsetradio, etc) Idk, they just seem to make a good atmosphere with cartoony games smile And keeping them in their rhythm why a character got popular. (Untill Shadow the hedgehog, but ok..xD)

No, a lot of people did like it. There was just so much wrong with the game, however.

As far as I know it was mainly the bugs and the horrific storyline that caused all the problems.

In my experience the bugs were no worse than any other 3D Sonic game. (Including the "Adventure" games) Also I thought the story was as detailed as it needed to be for Sonic game, it's not supposed to be Final Fantasy after all. tongue
