When I heard GTAV was in the running, I knew it would win. I don't wanna completely judge it because I haven't played it, but it's just so predictable that a game like that would be chosen. I was hoping people would start appreciating more creative and original stuff, I guess.

it's amazing how many games look like exactly the same 5 games over and over whenever somebody drags me to Gamestop. i spend the entire time there looking at the shelves, and it's always

1) a million FPS games that probably involve zombies somewhere
2) sports games that probably came with systems people bought and they returned
3) some "cute" game that's meant to be cute and colorful and pink and over-the-top and trying too hard
4) a dark monster rising from Hell and the powerful knight of dark and castle soul occult darkness has to rise out of Purgatory and slay demons with sharp pointy black things or something equally pseudo-evil
5) some series that actually managed to stand on its own merits that's slowly becoming one of the games mentioned above

Sigh I love my Wii U and The GamePad have and always will gotta put some serious time in the new year into it some games gotta finish up and New Super Mario 3D World Super Smash Bros for Wii U I will most likely be getting 3DS one but I would love this one but 3DS It is for me, Mario Kart 8, and X will keep me busy for a while.

Can't wait for what Nintendo's got planned for this year for Wii U and 3DS This Life Long Nintendo fan can't wait. Sony and Microsoft have got some major stuff too.

Anyway as for Grand Theft Auto taking game of the year no surprise. Today's game fans are just more into first person shooters, and and violent games and such it ain't bad just how it is I do enjoy a lot of those titles so I ain't complaining is what it is.

And don't worry Stormy lots of creative and fun games are coming and will come it ain't always going to be use your guns to shoot and kill the enemies or, slash and hack with your sword to defeat the baddie I'm sure new stuff will arive and is coming.

I like em all. Platformers, First Person Shooters, Fighters, Racing, Slash and Hack whatever it's all good.

It would take a dedicated developer to make a new Spyro, Crash, and Jak and Daxter. Hope it does happen someday. But not too sure. Jak and Dax can get a new game not doubt I hope it does happen specially with the PS4 out now.

But don't know about Crash and Spyro hope it does happen.

Ever have one of those times where you look back at past events and figure out something that you didn't know before, and it completely changes how you see the whole thing?

That just happened to me. Makes me think of certain events with a lot more perspective.

I can't go into the details of it at all, but it was something that happened like six years ago. Most people who were involved have probably forgotten by now. But it makes me realize I really treated someone like *bleep* when they didn't deserve it.

I don't even know why I'm saying this here. Just felt like sharing, I dunno. If "that person" ever sees this, I hope they know I'm talking about them, and that I'm sorry I didn't fully understand. But I doubt they ever will.

They are never localizing PS3 Vesperia. They've stated that before.

Apparently it's something to do with Microsoft not allowing it on their console unless they agreed not to release it on other consoles outside Japan.
