Cynder in a future classic style spyro game?
Now, if or WHEN (I'm optimistic punch my flowing locks of hair) a classic style spyro game is released again, perhaps as a reboot or whatever, do you think cynder should be included in it? Why or why not?
For me, I wouldn't want her to be in it. Unless her personality was changed (yeah i dont particularly like dotd or eternal night cynder.) Then again, maybe having her in a classic style game would be odd, considering she wasn't even in the original classics before.
Or maybe you prefer her personality in the legend series?
Perhaps she should just come back as a villain? (Which i think wouldn't be terrible either)
Or should she not come back at all, and stay as a skylander character, as she is currently?
What are your thoughts?
EDIT: I just realized I could have put this in Future of Spyro the Dragon but, I wasn't really thinking about ''future'' more as ''cynder in a classic style spyro game in general'' so...

Re: Cynder in a future classic style spyro game?
she could be a villain or a good character. it could work either way.
as a good character, her personality clashes pretty much with the other classic Spyro characters, but i think it'd be pretty easy to write in. it'd be interesting to see how Cynder reacts when everyone around her isn't moping around over Malefor. it'd be kind of like a crossover, but also kind of not.
as a villain, she'd fit right in with the Spyro 3 bosses.

I can already see Ember and Cynder arguing over Spyro in cutscenes.

What exactly is there to Cynder's personality, anyway? After she stopped being evil, it didn't really seem like she had much of one, at least in ANB and TEN. Not really sure about DotD.
I wouldn't mind seeing more young dragons in general. I always wondered why Spyro seemed to be the only one. Cynder could be in a game along with Ember, Flame, and some other dragons of similar age with whatever personalities would work best.

Alrighty then.
Oh here's also something to consider: Should cynder's design be different in a classic style spyro game?

no, we've already seen what they did the first time they revamped her. (please tell me you know what i'm talking about so i don't have to point it out.)

Cynder in DOTD. ehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. her dialogue isn't... bad i guess. if the game took place in a human high school, her dialogue would be *excellent* - but that attitude doesn't necessarily work when the world's in grave danger because of a generations-old villain trying to destroy it.

The sad part is. Skylanders Cynder actually looks similar to her DotD counterpart. What the hell happened to Spyro when he can't make a similar transition?

Skylanders cynder's face is a tad bit scrunched too, but not to spyro's extent (seriously what the point in scrunching his face was, I'll never know)

Re: Cynder in a future classic style spyro game?
Off topic for a moment:
Actually, what many seem to get wrong is that Cynder DOES have a personality in DotD. It's just not...good.
She's snarky, *bleep*y, and very sarcastic. She also has a lot of anger. Now see, that can make a charactre good. Her backstory, although we've kinda seen it before, had potential.
Unfotunately they did not do anything with it, and the sudden personality shift was confusing especially after TeN. I'm gonna admit, I kinda like Cynder in DotD. At least they tried. At least she wanstn't the generic boring hero. Like Spyro.
On topic, I think that she's had that kind of impact on the Spyro fandom that it'd be dumb not to put her in. Maybe flesh out the personality more, add/subtract certain aspects, and give her a different backstory (a bit).

Yeah, i agree spyro was pretty bland in dotd. If a classic style spyro game is to be made, he needs his classic personality, definitely.

How does one communicate with a toilet
Wait how did the discussion come to toilets
What happened
Are we implying that cynder is a toilet

You don't communicate with a toilet, it still has a personality though. My toilet has a personality. Not a very good one, as I said, but it still has one.

I didn't mind her in TeN to much, considering she was hardly in it (I guess she had 2 minuets of combined screen time?) so there was still room to develop her, considering she was going to have a big role in DoTD they had a chance...and just...I don't even know what the hell happened.
But I guess she could work in a Reboot thing, because well Cynder has never been defined by the lack of personality! and they did change it in DoTD so they could just do it again, and again, and again.
Welcome to Nya Nya Nya please just call me Tatsumina no Mikoto Cocona! NYAMO!!

I made a Cytler MSPaintshop earlier this week... (Cynder Hitler) I never posted it because I was worried it might offend someone's sensibilities if they took it too seriously.
