Re: Spyro Levels HD Screenshots

it's pretty cool, you did a great job with this, but i feel like if a game were actually made like this, something would be lost from the charm of it. Spyro was made with PS1 graphics, and i'd just rather if it stayed that way.

artistically, though, these are really impressive!

I know exactly what you mean smile

Still, fun to play with the levels - doing it so I can get some cool wallpapers! smile

Wow... that is pretty incredible tongue

Personally I'd really enjoy a HD remake of the game, the charm wouldn't be lost to me... but I guess if such a remake were to be produced they could allow the player to choose the graphics settings to cater to everyone's needs, like in Halo CE Anniversary.

Wow o.o those are really cool smile
It would be great if it was remade with such HQ textures, but I still prefer the PS1 gfx :3

Re: Spyro Levels HD Screenshots

The game would also look cooler with some more displacement mapping mixed with some tessellation, add some map smoothing and some transparency to the waters and Spyro would look completely awesome! (To me anyways... I for one am interested in pretty textures in games ^^)
