You Have Entered a Dark Dimension

You are a simple 12-year-old boy named Dent. You relaxing on a beach, minding your business, as the summer rages on. Suddenly, a purple lightning bolt strikes right in front of you. Living purple dust soars through the sky, making it purple. The dust then dives towards the ground and transforms it. The dust continues to weave itself with all the earth's materials, until all of the world had fallen under the blackness of the particles.

No one is discolored, but many become ill or trapped. The ones responsible for the trapping are ornate two-legged beings, with stick-legs and sphere bodies, and thick turtle-like beings, with black spines of the witch's castle. All of them are smaller than you, but they have teeth of the saw.

You are the only one who has not been affected by the Calamity, so you remain health and free, but you must now make a choice. Should you fight, or should you flee?
