Re: Zelda Wii U Got Me Thinking...
While I'm very excited about it for a Zelda game, I'm not sure it would be the right thing for Spyro. Spyro, to me, is much about those clearly separated levels in the first games. Oh, and what a nightmare it would be to collect all the gems in a single map of that scale xD Visually, though, with slightly stronger colours and some pink or purple in the sky, I can clearly see something like this in a Spyro game

This. Also Zelda U will look great on Wii U GamePad and TV it looks marvellous! And super fun.
Anyway yeah if what Sheep happens plus adding in some Classic Spyro elements getting power-ups, for Spyro's Fire Breath and Ram attack for example, collecting stuff and getting Egg Thieves it would work and could be a great Spyro title.
With how Playstation 4's graphics look it would work best on their and bring out the awesomeness and beauty of the game.

Yeah, I'm talking about an all free-roam game. You don't need to worry about collecting all the gems in the game. While you will be encouraged to get the gems so you can buy supplies for later use (assist fairies; red/green butterflies, for health or magic), there will be an unlimited amount of gems. In some cases, YES, there will still be moments when you'd need to bring a [bleep]-load of gems to gatekeepers or stuff like that. Light gems will be brought back, however.
Visually, though, with slightly stronger colours and some pink or purple in the sky, I can clearly see something like this in a Spyro game
That's what I was trying to say in my first post! It WILL make a good Spyro game!

Re: Zelda Wii U Got Me Thinking...
With added elements from Classic and Legend of Spyro this could work so yeah great idea.
