Spyro now has his own Sidekick/Mini version called Spry.

I know everyone's probably going to say the typical stuff about him being ugly, but I think he's actually kind of cute in a way. He looks kind of like Toothless from How to Train Your Dragon.

People have different tastes in the appearances of characters. They may find them adorable, others may find them ugly.

Chibbi means a 'cute' version of the original character. I guess if people say he's cute so it's his chibbi version. But I liked to idea.

I'm pretty sure his head has a larger volume than the rest of his body. An interesting direction they've taken Spyro, in any case. I'll say no more. (but hey, at least it isn't "Spynder")

Also, it sounded like I was bitter when I made my first comment, but not really. There are much worse things that could have been done (and have been done) with Spyro's likeness. Also, I've never played Skylanders at all, so my opinion is pretty much not worth listening to
