I'm going to see if I can get that glitch. Somehow, I think it's harder for other people because these specific people aren't using pirated versions they mistakenly bought, but I could be wrong. Maybe it can still happen to me.

What version of the game do you have? I've never come across that glitch, but I've only ever had the NTSC Greatest Hits and Collector's Edition versions (not sure if there's any difference between them).

edit: though it's worth noting that this happened so long ago, i don't even remember it. and i've played it many times since. so apparently this isn't really a common glitch.

A similar thing happened to me this year, where I got the orb after destroying 2 sheep saucers, and I think it was because I'd accidentally done something to confuse the game. Anyway, because of this, after destroying 5 more sheep saucers and getting the other orb, I was able to destroy another sheep saucer, which meant, unsurprisingly, that the counter said 6/5. Just to clarify, I have the PAL Platinum version.
