Undiscovered Spyro movie made up by some other person *review*

so, i was on YouTube, looking up when there will finally be a Spyro movie coming out, someone voted that there will be a human in the next Legend Of Spyro installment, then someone known as Charle White replied to him that he agreed that there will be one, and he said that the human for the next installment was originally the protagonist of somewhat Need For Speed Pro Street (must be Ryan Cooper), and there will be a movie car for that, and it looks like....

latest?cb=20110103031232&path-prefix=de

^I believe that's a BMW M3 GTR from NFS Most Wanted.

about Ryan Cooper, he never speaks or even takes off his racing helmet in NFS Pro Street, but in the Spyro movie, you get to hear his voice and see his face, and who will be casted as Ryan? the possible answer will have to be The Amazing Spider-Man's Andrew Garfield. So, this Spyro movie ain't gonna feature Spyro and Cynder's involvement of street racing, the movie features Malefor's revenge, starting off killing Ryan's father after Ryan's graduation. There's this one question you guys might have to say... Where does the movie set's off? It starts off at some valley where Spyro and Cynder went out, then there's a change of the setting, since Spyro and Cynder has teleported (without any purpose), the rest of the movie sets off at Palmont City. Is Ryan a friend to Spyro and Cynder? absolutely YES.

Does anyone have any thoughts about this?

Please, no negative comments about this theory...... that means YOU Flapjacks.

P.S: i did not create this movie, it was someone else's idea, see, NO JOKE!

I...I just don't understand the connection that Spyro could possibly have to random characters from racing games. Sorry. hmm

Actually Paranoia, this does not involve street racing in this one, what close related to that what actually involves is just sometimes testing out driving skills at somewhat Carbon Canyon, if you think that Spyro (or Cynder) might gets his (or her) own personal car, you're wrong, but he would be driving the BMW just for one mission, to steal one of the antidotes from Malefor's hideout (without getting caught), and Ryan gets to guide him through via a cell phone with a Bluetooth earpiece.

Well it's kind of pointless to ask for opinions and then say that only positive ones are allowed. hmm

I'm still with Paranoia here; Spyro really doesn't have anything to do with NFS. Not the characters, gameplay, story, or anything, it just doesn't fit. Very unlikely that this is a real thing that wasn't made up by you, and even more unlikely that it's a serious project that will actually happen. Sorry.

Re: Undiscovered Spyro movie made up by some other person *review*

Like what the original creator said, he thinks it may be successful.

The only parts of Need For Speed that will be on there was the setting, the character, and the car. but the role was kinda based on some random James Bond movie where Ryan is James Bond for this concept and the BMW M3 GTR is the spy car. but the only power-up that the M3 GTR only has was N2O. So it's kinda like Spyro + a little bit of NFS and James Bond.

Re: Undiscovered Spyro movie made up by some other person *review*

I have the same problem with this as I do with people who insist Spyro would cross over well with call of duty. Spyro is cartoony, silly looking, and not at all realistic in appearance. If these were similarly cartoony, silly looking, and not at all realistic looking cars, like the carts in crash team racing or mario kart, then I could see it working. The disparity between realism and cartoonishness just makes it completely unbelievable and cheesy. This is all assuming we're talking about either original trilogy or Skylanders Spyro. If not and you're thinking of Legend Spyro, that still doesn't make any sense because modern technology does not exist in that universe. And even if it did, it's a technology for humans, can you imagine a four legged dragon using it? It wouldn't make any sense. Maybe I'm being too harsh here but I really fail to see this working

This movie would also have a total of like 5 people who would care about watching it. I don't think the Spyro fandom and the car racing game fandom have much of a crossover, honestly.

Re: Undiscovered Spyro movie made up by some other person *review*

i don't think this involves karts but the most important part of this concept was James Bond style roles, and modern technology? the first modern tech shown was some small robot part which was part of teleporting, and it was made by an alien. but you don't see aliens on there.

and Stormy, this has nothing to do with street racing, it has something to do with 1: Malefor's revenge; 2: James Bond style roles; & 3: the missions.

the onl parts of NFS you should see was the setting, the new character, and the movie car. and the only parts of James Bond series should you see on there was the roles.

Well sure but it still has characters and cars from those games that most Spyro fans aren't gonna care about.

And the "modern technology" would be the cars. LoS has a lot of ancient looking vehicles and stuff, not modern cars.

The first modern tech started out was some alien tech tjat involes teleportation and time traveling.

Ancient back then, and now, they've never been to a modern time before, and that's when they returned after some type of time traveling. make sense?

I... guess? Now it just sounds like a contrived and incoherent plot, though.... Sorry I just really don't think this idea can work in any logical way. sad

the entire basis of this thread is YouTube comments?

Stormy, you need to watch more James Bond. Seriously, you need to watch more James Bond.

anyway, this next installment involves time traveling, that's what someone from YouTube said.

Hey, I don't agree with this idea either, but please don't make personal attacks like this. We try to be nice to each other here even when we disagree.

Edit to be clear: Say what you want about ideas, as long as you're not being completely rude. Just don't insult the people coming up with the ideas.

Re: Undiscovered Spyro movie made up by some other person *review*

Guess Spyro doesn't exactly spawn a lot of creative ideas that stay relevant to the series/characters. Atleast compared to other game series.
