Spyro World Viewer Isn't Working.

I've extracted the folders, I've moved the game WAD.WADs to the correct Batch Files, I've allowed the console to create all of the 3D Objects and BMP Files, but when I try to run it, I get a large cube with gradient coloured edges on a grey background, and I get the following message a few seconds later:

Cannot execute C:\Users\[My Name]\Downloads
\SpyroWorld1V2\SpyroWorld\Obj2Gml.exe

If I ignore this message twice, it'll allow me to move the camera around, but I'm fixed to one spot. CTRL+Left does nothing, while CTRL+Right puts me into a completely empty grey void, and pressing CTRL+Right again just puts me back into the original area.
