Recipe sharing
Hi everyone!
I like cooking and I'm sure some of you guys do too. Care to share some recipes? I'll start! (Feel free to link to external recipes, only one of my recipes is one I made up myself, pork katsu udon. If there's any interest I'll share that one too)
Alright here we go, buffalo chicken dip. One of my favorite things to cook.
1 (8-ounce) block neufchatel cheese, roughly cut into 1-inch cubes
2.5 ounces crumbled blue cheese
3 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1 cup shredded Italian blend cheese
1 cup hot sauce
1 container 5.3 oz. plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup thinly-sliced green onions (about 3 green onions)
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Chips or Celery for scooping
DIRECTIONS:
Spray the inside of the bowl of your slow cooker with cooking spray.
Add all ingredients to the bowl of the slow cooker, and stir until combined.
Cook on high for 1.5 - 2 hours, or until the cheeses are all melted. (Alternately, you can also cook this on low for 3-4 hours, or until the cheeses are all melted.) Serve with chips or celery.

Re: Recipe sharing
Can confirm that Ranger's buffalo chicken dip is delicious. Here's a beef stew recipe I made not too long ago. I'm a sucker for slow cooker meals
This website is also super good for finding affordable and creative recipes. I really liked this Creamy Tomato and Spinach Pasta

Re: Recipe sharing
Tried some baked mac and cheese from scratch for the first time today (though I didn't have macaroni noodles or cheddar cheese and used penne and mozzarella ). Turned out kind of dry, but still pretty good. Added some cayenne pepper and black pepper too

Re: Recipe sharing
Thought I'd share my first try at Jambalaya from scratch.
Recipe. Sadly I didn't have any shrimp, but I added more spices, celery, and peppers to this

Re: Recipe sharing
I invented a cookie recipe!
Coffee-Nutella Cookies
1 jar (13 oz) Nutella/hazelnut spread
1.5 sticks butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda1
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
2.5 cups flour
2 tbsp coffee beans (ground)
Preheat oven to 350* F. In a large bowl, mix Nutella and softened butter until evenly mixed. Add vanilla, baking soda, salt, and egg. Stir in flour until fluffy. Grind coffee beans and mix with a wooden spoon. Place tablespoon-sized balls of dough on a greased cookie sheet and bake for approximately 10 minutes. Makes 2 dozen small cookies.
