Charles Zimbillas was portrayed negatively on Reignited Interview

A youtuber named Game Brain did an interview with Spyro's original character designer, Charles Zembillas, on the Spyro Reignited Trilogy trailer. But turns out Game Brain intentionally portrayed the interview in a different way than what was discussed and made Charles look like he's acting negatively.

Charles Zembillas wrote:

The thing I'm disappointed about the most is the way the interview was portrayed. I went into it with a very positive attitude. I made an emphatic point about how great I thought the look of Spyro is and the whole game as well. For some reason the interviewer took it into a direction that made the entire thing seem negative. It's no secret that I'm disappointed about what went on with Crash and Spyro and Jak and Daxter. But that wasn't the emphasis of the interview. I was contacted and asked about my opinion of the new Spyro and I gave it a glowing review based upon the trailer but he decided to focus on something else entirely. Really ruined the experience for me. I'm not inclined to listen to it and would rather just forget the whole thing.

And here's the video on Game Brain's "talk" on their interview:

Sigh what a mess this turned out to be, interviews can twist words and turn it into, a whole world of problems. When there is none, gossip megazines, big Hollywood break ups stuff like that, It's a small comfort, but I personally want to thank Charles Zimbillas, for the work he put into making, Spyro the Dragon, Crash Bandicoot and any other character he's worked on.

You've developed a character we all adore and the designs both classic and Reignited trilogy, are some of my favourite designs of the purple dragon to date, thanks for your hard-work going into that.

The work you did to make Spyro and now Reignited Trilogy happen is not lost on me. I do hope the work you did get's recognized as well it should in Reignited Trilogy.

Yeah I listened to the words that were said last week, and I could tell it wasn't being honest.  This is why people say real journalism doesn't exist anymore.  Articles like this are just trying to instigate outrage.

What a mess this turned out to be. I don't doubt Charles went into the interview with a positive attitude like he says, however, he should have been a bit more careful with his words. I don't hold anything against him, but saying things like he "put Insomniac on the map" and such wasn't doing him any favors. The media is bound to twist a comment like that into something negative. Though I do hope he is credited accordingly, as he's done amazing work.

Yea. I hate when stories get completely twisted. Perhaps the guy should upload his own video with the correct attitude. Maybe even share it on this video.

He responded that he'd rather not make a deal of it.  He never asked for any drama, so he would be right to not entertain any more.
