Toys for Bob won't be showing 2/3 until the September release.

Please bear with me, even though TfB haven't said this, I feel this is very likely, as we are at almost 3 months since the April reveal trailer dropped, and at 2 months before release day. Now if I remember correctly, Crash had all 3 games shown at approximately the same time while Spyro ONLY has images/video for the first game (excluding cover art). This makes me worried as 2/3 won't be able to be altered according to fan feedback.

I think the 1st game is the hardest to nail. If they get this right, I'm not worried about 2 or 3. Plus I actually like the idea of playing the sequels blind without spoilers.

That's fine we've seen a little bit of Ripto, Skelos Badlands, and the Soceress, and Metropolis on the box art. Till just Spyro the Dragon is fine.

Was definitely a reasonable assumption, I thought you'd be right about that for sure. I thought they'd want to keep 2 and 3 a surprise or something.

(edit: wrong info about Crash, apparently they did show all three before release)
