knock knock! anyone home?

haha i know nobody has posted for a couple of years, but i accidentally happened upon this forum again. i was trying to find my old neoseeker posts, and refound spyroforums instead

i'm now 31. my first post here was when i was 13. the good news is, i'm a writer now, so i type a lot better and you can understand what i'm saying hahahaha

my entire online existence was:
me: says something offhanded and insane/writes a weird conversation with red
everyone/spyrorocks: get back on topic

i'm keen and crossing my fingers for a new spyro game spyro there's been so many rumours over the years... and i really thought that last year (year of the dragon) they'd announce something. missed opportunity haha

anyway, here's a drawing i did in july last year, which is about the time of year i draw spyro for some reason. my yearly spyro kick. i'd love it if there were more kid dragons in a future game - all from different realms!

Re: knock knock! anyone home?

Your artwork of the realm dragons made me smile - a gang of close friends out for a walk, with their dinky little wings and cool horns. It’d be lovely to see more cute, wholesome little dragon boogers in a future game - I’m sure it’ll just be a matter of time but who knows.

I hope you managed to find your neoseeker posts (lol I was thinking of neopets for some reason. Looks like it is still ticking over but also much reduced these days.

Are you able to tell us more about your writing? Is it for fun or for work?

I remember your posts fondly, haha big_smile They were very *distinctive* and I loved them. I was hugely entertained.

Great to hear from you smile

Feel free to PM me anytime if you wish to talk, even if its just to randomly say hello smile

DISTINCTIVE is an excellent word for my old posts hahahaha. that warms my heart, thank you

yeah, i really want more dragon characters in the next spyro game. (i also want red to come back) (i know its a low possibility) BUT IF HE DOES oh, my heart red

my writing, for the most part, is for fun.
i'm currently working as a storyboard artist. just started on my new job TODAY! i'm working on a video game! before this, i was on a film, and before that, you know, Bluey.

speaking of writing, i've been rereading my first ever fanfics (that i wrote when i was 12/13)... which were all spyro related, of course. haha. it was so much fun to revisit them. i've compiled them all for safekeeping.
it makes me want to write a spyro story again!!
