When everyone gets these toys, I am sure they will be sold on ebay, just like the McDonald's Hero's Tail promotion.

Because they know people will buy them. I might be getting my TEN toys on eBay and I once bought some toys that I'd had as a kid off eBay and couldn't find anymore. Some people just can't make it to fast food restaurants to buy the toys themselves.

Those in eBay is way too expensive for me, especially Shipping Cost, which about 20US if I'm not wrong (about 600 thai bath)
maybe I shoulda cut it off...

I also have the Sparx whirlygig toy but no pictures. It's surprisingly cute and has a lot of unexpected detail to it.

Krome may or may not have a lot of money (I'm sure they're pretty successful, though, what with all the game series they work on). The real money behind this whole thing is with Universal Studios. They currently (and always have) own Spyro. When they want a new game for the series, they go out and hire someone to make it and then they market the living daylights out of it.

Just for the record, krone doesn't pay wendy's to promote their game. Wendy's pays krome to use their characters.

I was only able to get the one toy on my own (the checkers) and the meal was less than $3. My almost-husband's mom ran in and grabbed a Sparx for me because they owed her a toy. Those are the only ones I have. I think I'm out of luck for the others, which is a shame, 'cause I would've liked the keychain and the little Spyro figure.

WAAAAAAA! *cries* This mean old lady wouldnt sell them to me seperate from the meal <( Im sad....I told her a long story about my cusion in wyoming that doesnt have a windys in his town and the closest windys is 3 towns away (this was all a lie cuse there were to many people from my school) and well shes like i cant do that so just order. :'(

Strange DPX, here in New Zealand I can buy toys seperate without getting the kids meal. Like I bought 16 yugioh gx card packs seperate, cost me $2.50 new zealand currency per toy.

Lol, DPX.. Why didn't you just buy the kid's meal!? No shame in that. I'm going to Wendy's tomorrow w/ a friend of mine. We're both gonna buy it. I mean if you're going to get the toy, might as well get some food to go w/ it.. Even if it's a kid's meal. :-P

Aww, i wish they did promotions like this over here.

We did get a promotion over here a few years ago.

McDonalds did a promotion where you could get 1 of 8 LCD games. 4 were Crash, 4 were Spyro. It was done to conincide with the releases of Spyro: A Heros Tail and Crash: Twinsanity.
