Next Spyro games

Does anybody know what the new Spyro game is going to be? [after the eternal night] I heard theres one more the legend of Spyro.... (:)

I hope after the third Legend of Spyro, Krome will sell Spyro to a different company (like Insomniac did) and that company will continue with the old Spyro games!

Not going to happen Spyro Girl. These games have been very popular, if anything Krome will make new Spyro games in the storyline, after the Legend of Spyro 3. Indeed that outcome is far more likely than Krome selling Spyro back to insomniac.

I didn't mean they would sell Spyro to Insomniac, I was using Insomniac as an example because they made three Spyro games then sold Spyro to a different company. I am hoping Krome will do the same. I hope this happens because I just feel so depressed when I think of TLOS. I'm not going to let anyone take my hope away! :cries:

It's going to be a trilogy, but the name of the third game hasn't been released yet and probably won't be for awhile. TEN just came out, so you'll have to wait a bit for any information about the next game.

Not Sonic's 'Sonic Rush' stage cleared screen! I HATE THAT!

*Throws a lemon at breakdancing dragon...at least, I think it's a dragon* Have any opinion you want, I just hate being reminded of how Sonic is slowly falling under Vector's control. It's all a conspiracy!

*Gets back to topic* There is the possibility that LoS may continue on after the trilogy. I mean, the original Spyro was only supposed to be a trilogy, but it got continued due to it's success. I'd want the character from LoS to meet with the characters before hand, though. Just for cast expansion, you know?

im really getting tired of TLOS series, I want the colourful, fun spyro back.
But Hurry up and finish the series (because i know they wont discontinue it NOW) so we can get a nice game.
PS:How many Spyro timelines are there because SL sucks and doesn't deserve to be in the original timeline!

Everyone is entityled to thier opinion ratchrt, but the reviews of TEn have been the best for a Spyro game in a long time. Why mess with something that's working? the timeline they are using is now canon, the old timeline has been discarded. As for Ember, she only appeared briefly in two games had a unrequieed love for Spyro then fell in love wth a armadillo. There was not much development of her character. Cynder, by contrast , has been far more fleshed out, and, to be honest, is a better character.

I do agree with you Spyrofriend. Cynder has been and always a better character than characters that had just made or a short appearance. I know how popular Cynder is at the moment so I wonder if they will ever make a seperate game where you can play as Cynder? (probably won't happen)

It is a possibility, Albeit slight. Although if Cynder searches for her family, she will eventually realize that her family is Spyro and Sparx, they're the only ones who have treated her well.

stuff ember, i dont care about her, cynder rules compared to that %^&*$...
And yeah, TEN has gotton good reviews, well Krome have spent alot of time on it... I'll guess i'll have to play it.
But my point stands, im sick of this trilogy, hurry up and finish the next game, lets get a good new developer!!

Hmm, well, Ill bet you anything they will bring the old characters back. I mean they are OBVIOUSLY bringing Hunter back, and OBVIOUSLY Avalar exists in this timeline, so why not? Its perfectly possible they will bring Moneybags, Zoe, maybe Elora, Sheila, Sgt. Bird, Agent 9, Flame, and possibly even Ember- Id like to see her and Cynder have hissy fits over Spyro

yes that would be good although embers character was not too good in the first place. also ratchet? KROME HAS DONE GOOD WITH THIS SERIES AND I THINK YO SHOULD ACTUALLY LAY TH GAME BEFORE CRITICIING IT. ok? Also i do agree with your cynder thing though

ok, i dont know what i was meaning by that when i said it.
Oh and Spyrodoesfire, TLOS might have gotton good reviews and has brang back spyro's popularity but are you sure thats spyro?
Ok hes a purple dragon but THAT IS REALLY THE ONLY SAME THING.
Why didn't Krome create a new dragon? then right now there would be 2 series going on...

1. Ember is not coming back. Her character was just a filler and that is all she's going to amount to. Cynder is way more interesting and may I say....sexier.....
2. Krome Studios, Insomnaic, nor anyone else is bringing back the old series of Spyro the Dragon. It is too priceless and it is unlawful to mess with greatness. XD
