This is my first official post! I'm new to the forum and a fellow Spyro fan. smile My personal favorite is Earth.

Well it depends on the game. in ANB they are all really just breath so i like electricity in ANB but in TEN i like earth cause its a big flail that makes shockwaves and you can swing it really fast.

I love Earth in TEN especially cos you can jump and then hold down the button and swing it around dead fast. It's fab when fully upgraded!

I use mostly Fire, Earth and Electrisity. Fire usually in air combos, Electrisity to throw enemies away and Earth to blast big enemies.
(In A New Beginning)
And in the eternal night I use Electrisity to fight enemy groups, homing Fireballs usually in celestial caves when breath energy is low and Earth othertimes.

In ANB, I like Earth the best because when fully leveled up, it's the most effective. In TEN, I like Fire the best because you can combo it with Dragon Time to kill pretty much any enemy quickly. Earth makes a close second, but I have yet to level it up completely. Earth also drains my magic faster than I can kill enemies.

My favorite is fire breath, because it was the most useful of the breaths in ANB(to me). I was never able to figure out how to use electricity -_-... ice shards were useful, but other than that, ice breath wasn't all that great, and for me, earth breath was a little too brutal(useful in Cynder boss fight, but otherwise didn't really like it). I use fire breath 90% of the time in ANB big_smile . Also... Ignitus is the fire guardian... duuuuuuuuuuuuuh... and seriously, the fire breath from the old series was so LAME compared to the new fire breath >.>.

I have to say I prefer Fire breath. Ice breath is absolutely rubbish in both ANB and TEN and Electric breath barely does anything to enemies, you get hit and almost killed before the electric ball even blows up in TEN. Earth breath is awesome but drains your green magic bar waaay too quickly, though the triangle attack for it (on PS2) is mint! big_smile But as I said it would have to be Fire breath.

My preferences in order:

ANB:
Electricity: Shock them, and swing the analog stick left and right. The enemies will get thrown around.

Fire: Love that long range! I say "Fire in the Hole!" and boom! They're gone.

Earth: Nice but drains energy too quickly. The earth bomb is just to break a chance when I am overrun.

Ice: Freeze them, then smack them. Meh...

TEN:
Fire: Comet Dash and the Fire is great!

Electricity: Roll it around and detonate it just in time.

Ice: Like the Ice Fury!

Earth: Use sparingly, good damage but saps energy fast!
