Looking for new characters to add to Dragon of Destiny

I have read the make a new character for Spyro section and I have found it to be interesting. All of you have wonderful character ideas. That is why I am doing this topic. I am looking for new characters to be part of the new Circle Council in Season Two. The council was estabilished by the Vanguard and it is one of three remaining secret societies that exist. The second secret order of the Seers which Sirius of the Sky Phoenix Clan leads has already been touched on in Season One. The 3rd secret order won't be revealed for a while.

DATAFILE: THE CIRCLE COUNCIL

I have already created a few new characters for the council. The council is composed of a group of Sky, Fire, Earth, Ice, Wind, as well as various other members from the other clans. The five elemental dragon clans are called groups due to the fact that there aren't many members left of each group to make a full fledged clan.

ROLE & HISTORY

This Circle Council deals with important issues that the Council of Elders don't deal with. The Circle Council is responsible for maintaining order and law among the clans. This Council was established as a sort of United Nations of Dragons during the age of the Dragon Clan Wars thousands of years ago. Cynder and the first Spyro are the ones responsible for creating the council and thus both elders when they are around are treated with great respect.

COUNCIL INFO & DETAILS

The council members are all quite young. A young female gold scaled dragoness named Tessa Skydancer is the recently chosen leader of the council. Her mother, Elisha, was the former leader before her disappearance. She is one of twenty remaining members of the once powerful Vanguard Dragon Clan who works hard to live up to her mother's image and maintain the honor and pride of her clan. She has friends who support her as well as those who crave her position of power. There are four elder dragons that have ties to this council and the Council of Elders. You know who they are because they were in The Legend of Spyro.

Tessa goes to these four elder dragon guardians for advice and guidance when she needs it and her father isn't around. She deeply respects them and will often visit them. As of late, she has been struggling to control the flaring tempers among the other young members as well as her own growing powers. The young dragons are starting to grow up and take on more adult responsibilities and personalities, not to mention powers. As a result of these facts many of the remaining former elder Circle Council members have stepped back and started putting some of the more harder responsibilities on their shoulders.

Most of the elders have high hopes for Tessa and support her as they supported her mother. Unfortunately, Kaldor, a dragon elder of the Vanguard who was once an old family friend of Tessa's father, Xander, doesn't support her. His son, Tyler, a young white dragon also doesn't support her and that is problem. The reason is because Tyler is so powerful for his age. He is also a very cunning and vocal individual who is very charming. There is also the fact that he is considered to be of royal blood due to the Sacred Runes on his body. As a result, he is always critical of Tessa. Xander, Tessa's father who was once a great Vanguard warrior worries about her because of this.

Hm, yeah if there was full info I would try to think up of a character, but it's not, so I still can't make one up in my mind just yet. If you could give the council's purpose and more of it's details, I would be trying to make one up fit for it. But I can't guarantee that it will be a neat one, though. Depends on my mood when making a character, because it affects my creativity...

Do we have to draw pictures of the characters we come up with too? If so: Darn. That means I have to brush up on my rusty drawing skills that haven't been used in ages -_-;

Usually I do jump on chances when people are asking for characters to use, but in this case it seems too difficult for me. My characters are tied to each other as a group, and are really fixed to their relationships and plot, so they kinda make little sense just on their own in a different universe.

And I know there are always new characters to be made, but... I feel like I'm doing it wrong if I'm not using my own inspiration.

I understand perfectly, Jaide. I have a ton of characters I have created for different stories over the years. Some of those stories will see the light of day as novels or collections of short stories. However, if you are interested to know I wouldn't mind your group showing up due to the multiverse storyline of Season Two and future seasons.

Oh, by the way, Hurrices_McBreixo, no you don't have to draw pictures of any character you come up with. All I require is a good description of the character: What do they look like? Which species are they? How old are they? Who are their parents? Where do they live? And so on and so forth... Tell me these details and I'll do my best to add them into the series in a very dignified and appropriate manner. I will work hard to keep any character that is added into the series in character. Ask Klone about his main characters. We both have our own series that are interconnected using the same characters. He has a distinctly different writing style then me and I have a distinctly different one from him but we have managed to keep each of the characters in character in our respective series. He will be joining me as a co-writer of future episodes later on in Season Two and beyond.

If anyone else would be interested I would love to also work with any of you as well. My series is for the fans and thus fans are free to help out if they want to. Heck, if any of you wanted to you could create your own series using my series as a link. I would love spinoffs to be done on this series. The Spyro: Dragon of Destiny Universe, as I have mapped out, is large enough to include many stories. I am considering a fanfiction portion for the Legacy of Ages Film Website when it is launched.

Oh, Artiste_Violet, I like the sound of Ignitus having a son. So he is called Inferno. Great name for a Fire Dragon. In fact, Tessa the Gold Vanguardian Dragoness who leads the Circle Council has a close personal relationship with Ignitus. He is like a second father to her. I will definitely add him to the cast list.

Xander and Kaldor were once good friends but both of them had a falling out with each other due to various choices that were made on behalf of the Council over the years. Kaldor has always been outspoken when it comes to the Circle Council's role and position in Dragon Society. He has always wanted the Council to have more of a say then the Council of Elders do. Xander, on the other paw, doesn't think that is such a good idea due to the secrets the Council have in their grasps. Spyro and the other Legendary Dragons will end up being pulled into the middle of this growing internal conflict that will threaten the very future stability of the Council itself.

The council is composed of variest sub-groups and committees that all al report to the Head or Mistress/Master of the Main Council. There are four committees and each committee has three sub-groups each. Tessa leads the Ya'cur or The Golden Circle which is the whole Circle Council combined. Under her are the Four Commanders who lead the four committees. Under these Commanders are the 12 Sub-Commanders of the 12 sub-groups.

I too have my character's description posted under the 'create a new spyro character' thread. His name's Folant though the only thing I forgot to add was his parents names and species but I'll edit that later. wink

Can't wait to see the episodes though!

Well you won't have much longer to wait, Hurricos McBreixo. Season Two officially begins on Saturday with Episode 00: Dark Horizons and possibly Episode 01: Childhood's End - Part 1 of 3. Dark Horizons will introduce many of the new cast members that you guys were so kind to allow me to use in the series.

Physical appearance:His body appear's all black except that his eyes are light blue with black line and his yellow spikes rolls down from neck to tail. His right forearm has a scar which is an oval with three lines overlapping it. His wings is Black in color but his hands is Navy as there is a Symbol that allows him to copy skills*. He stands upright. He does not have any horns. He does not have anything at its face.

Personality:He is known to balance the time between joke and seriousness. He is also known to ask for trouble, especially when he went towards the suspicious vines in which he is not suppose to. He even has a habit of spitting flames whenever he sneezes. He would rather listen to normal conversations and things that he find it important rather than hearing nonsenses. He does not talk much.
