If we're talking about which boss we like based on appearance, powers, etc., and not which we like to fight, I'd say Gnasty (original). His weapon is a scepter and a mace, and he dwarfs all of the gnorc minions under his command (with the possible exception of Dr. Shemp, but he's tubbier than he is muscular).
