If you replay the game do you have to...?
Do you have to collect all the quills and relics again or not? Thanks in advance.

No. You begin (if on the same saved file) with all the ones you got on ur first way round.
The quills and relics that u've already collcted are still where they are when u first played it but u don't have to collect them. It makes no differnce if u do or not. Was i clear enough? it was hard to explain

All quills, relics, and upgrades from the previous game are saved.

Only if you start a new game on a new game slot.. If you start the game in the same game slot as the completed one, then as gemstone said
